• Winning Bids: If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item(s) that you have won at the price you gave as your bid. The credit card associated with your account will be automatically charged for the full price of your purchases plus the buyer’s premium (typically 10%).
• Default: If you fail to pay for any item you have won for any reason, your account will be declared in default (see full terms for consequence of default).
• Picking Up Your Items: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of all items you win at this auction. Unless stated otherwise, the Auctioneer shall not hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times.
• Shipping and Handling is available. However, costs are not included in the final price. All parties are responsible for paying their own shipping costs once the amount has been determined based on the local USPS shipping rates. If an item does not fit in a USPS flat rate box, DO NOT BID ON IT. We will not ship it other than USPS Flat Rate. Your items will be charged to your credit card and an updated invoice with tracking number will be emailed to you.
• Abandonment: Any item that you do not pick up during the published removal times will be considered abandoned, and you will be charged a reasonable fee for the storage, removal, and/or disposal of the item.

This extensive estate auction features a broad range of fine furniture, decorative arts, and collectible glass and ceramic pieces, spanning the 19th and 20th centuries. Notable furnishings include an antique oak hall tree with mirror, a carved marble-top dresser, and multiple Ethan Allen tables, alongside mid-century modern stone-top furniture and Sprague and Carleton hutches. Art glass offerings are highlighted by signed works from Robert Held and Correia, two recognized names in contemporary American glassmaking, as well as sculptural vases by Kosta Boda and Napkin Rings from their Limelight collection.

Also featured is a broad assortment of vintage ceramics and porcelain, including Wedgwood Jasperware, McCoy pottery, Hall teapots, and Japanese and German-made figurines.
