Line tickets will be given out at 8am on Saturday. No line tickets on Sunday.

All credit cards are accepted as well as cash, but sorry, no personal checks.

You are responsible for moving and loading your purchases, so please plan appropriately.

Since this is estate merchandise, we are not able to take returns. Our staff is on hand to help you thoroughly inspect all items.

All items over $10.00 are barcoded utilizing the latest technology to streamline your purchase.

We will not be selling items in advance for this sale.

Checkout is electronic so we get you in and out in a speedy fashion.

We try our best to insure all items pictured are available, but on rare occasions, the owner may decide not to sell an item. Please accept our apology in advance.

No public restrooms are available.

Children must remain with a parent.

Please pay attention to "No Parking" signs as we want to be good neighbors and leave the streets open for normal traffic.
