This auction will start to close at 7 pm on Thursday, September 18th. (Soft Close) THE WINNING BIDDER MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (online) TO PICK UP YOUR MERCHANDISE through Signup genius. We will send you a link when the on line auction ends. The link for pick up will be emailed on Friday Sept.19th first thing in the morning. Your merchandise is only available for pick up on dates of Saturday September 20th , & Sunday September 21st during the specific times listed on the Signup Genius Schedule. If you fail to pick up your items you will still be charged for everything you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing a bid you are agreeing to a time is of the essence agreement. Items that are not picked up in this time frame will remain with the estate for donation. These Are The Only Pick Up Dates Available. All Items Are Listed And Sold AS FOUND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
