All Sales Final: No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Pricing: No early sales. Prices as marked on Friday; discounts on Saturday (25% off 9AM–12PM, 50% off 12–4PM).
Bids: Accepted on select high-value art and collectibles Friday and Saturday until noon. Winning bids will be approved by the client at noon on Saturday.
Loading & Transport: Buyer is responsible for bringing help, tools, and transportation to load and remove large or heavy items.
Driveway: Reserved strictly for loading purchased items only.
Liability: Not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss.
Respect the Property: Please do not block neighbor driveways or mailboxes and follow on-site staff directions.
