LAST MINUTE CHANGES: If our client decides to pull anything from the sale or add something to the sale, we do our best to update the pictures and descriptions as we are aware of it.
LINE #'S: We usually hand them out on the first day of the sale about 7:30 am.

This beautiful home is filled with stylish contemporary and traditional furnishings, rugs, decorative accessories, professionally framed art, prints and photos, china, crystal, some men's and women's clothing, electronics, appliances, games, appliances, pool side and cabana furniture, grills, smokers, fire pits, garden pots, yard tools, full garage and more…all of which are of great quality and condition!

This is a professional photographers home so there is quite a bit of photo shoot equipment, best quality frames, vintage cameras and more.

Line #'s...One number per person starting about 7:30 am on Saturday or when our # guy arrives. You don't have to have a # to get into the sale but those with #'s get in first when we open at 9.
