(For this sale we take cash only . We may take credit cards if over 50.00. The fee for credit cards is 4%. We will limit entry.
DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE NOT WELL. PLEASE BRING PERSONS TO HELP YOU MOVE ITEMS Neither we nor the owner are responsible for accidents or injury. We will give out numbers about 45 minutes before the sale. All items are sold as is, so please inspect carefully. There are no returns or exchanges

Please  bring persons to  help  you  move  items.       ONE  HALF  PRICE  ON  SUNDAY.     Click  on  photos  to  make  them  larger.      Numbers  will  be  given   out  at  the corner and  not  in  front  of  the  home by our  staff.  There  is  plenty  of  parking but  across  the  street.(  on  William)  Please  try  to  park  on  one  side  only and  do  not  block  driveways in nearby  block.  Pickup of  items  will  be  on  sale  street.

Sunday  values  will include  artwork-pictures-  They  will  be  10.00  each.
