All items in sale are photographed after setup. These items are owned by the client up to and until the opening of the sale and could be removed without notice. As a known and reputable estate sale company, we do our best to make sure all items photographed are included in the sale, but we cannot control what our clients do. We hope you can understand when these things happen. Thank you.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT TEMPORARY LINE NUMBERS. IF YOU USE THEM, UNDERSTAND THAT THE NUMBER SOMEONE OTHER THAN LUBY’s STAFF GIVES YOU DOES NOT SECURE YOUR PLACE IN LINE. We give out MoMo line numbers at 8am Saturday. When we leave on Saturday, around 4pm, we put out line numbers for Sunday.

But that 1% who drive on neighbors lawns, crash into other customers cars, talk negatively about everything while waiting to enter the sale, park in front of driveways… those people we would appreciate simply staying home.

So yes! Momo has changed its name and is now Luby‘s Great Estate! I hope you all recognized my name as I’ve been heading up this estate sale company for the better part of a decade and in the biz for over 30 years I’m with with an awesome crew that will be helping me out! You’ll see them all at our two estate sales this weekend!
