We cannot assist in carrying out your purchases. Please bring help and transportation. All items must be picked up by 2:30 p.m. on the last day of the sale.
Not responsible for accidents. Please watch your step.
Please observe those in parked cars when you arrive. They will get the first numbers. We utilize a numbering system. Numbers are available on the day of the sale a half hour to an hour before the start time when we arrive. We only recognize our numbers. Every person who enters the sale when the door opens needs a number to enter. After the initial group has entered, no numbers are required for the rest of the day.
We accept cash, credit, and checks: We prefer cash—a 2.7% charge for credit card use. We will take Missouri-only checks if we are familiar with you. We reserve the right to refuse checks.
No refunds, all sales are final.
We do not give out any pricing before a sale for any reason.
We do not pre-sale any items. You must attend the sale to purchase an item.
We apologize if an item photographed is not available on the day of the sale. Occasionally, a client will reclaim an item without our knowledge the evening before a sale begins.
No restrooms are available to the public.
Please do not park on grass or block driveways and mailboxes.
