Estate Sales by Steve & Sheri

Please read: We've been dealing with unexpected health issues with Steve. He probably won't be at the sale, which will leave us short-handed. We have done our best to get this sale organized and priced, and it truly seems like we've been working on this forever but it's only been since late August! This is a 3,000 sq. ft. house with more stuff than space, which is why we're doing 2 sales. Please bear with us as best you can to be patient & understanding. We greatly appreciate it!

NOTE: If you enter from Lemay Ferry, the 1st cross street heading towards our street has a stop sign that's hidden behind a tree. It's really easy to run if you're not careful!

We recommend that you bring bags to help carry! We'll have plastic grocery bags but they don't hold much.

The first sale will be upstairs and the main floor. We will probably have the garage included, but won't know that until later this week..so please check back. UPDATE: We will be including the garage. Adding more photos including the garage. Please check them out!

The owners were huge collectors and probably resellers as well. Some of the collections include:

Children's Books as well as vintage..including Bobsey Twins, Man From Uncle Paperbacks, many others!

Books..novels, etc.

Due to the vast quantity, there's truly not a lot of room for people..so we will have to be limiting entry. Will do our best to get as many people in as we can. but will need and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We will put #s on the front porch about 9:30 Sat. morning. Hope to see you there!
