Not responsible for Accidents, Please observe Street Signs for no parking and be mindful to the neighbors. NO PARKING in the driveway of house. We will allow people to load large items in the driveway only.

We may have to limit the number of people in the house at one time, We don't do numbers, just please be respectful to the other customers waiting to get in.

All photos were taken after Setup but Items are subject to have the availability change up to the day of the sale if family members take items they want. I will update the details and photos as things change. Email me if interested in a certain Item and I can let you know it's availability but we won't be able to hold anything before the sale.
