We feel that by offering the furniture at a BUY IT NOW OPTION it enables our customers the opportunity to line up movers and/or help to move heavier/larger pieces.
BUY IT NOW simply means call Jan Hoff at 314-960-5700 to express your desire to buy an item or allow us to answer any questions you may have! We'll help you finalize your purchase and arrange for you to pick up items.
Family Affair Estate Sales are well known for conducting high end sales with fair pricing and efficient, friendly service.
When buying heavy or bulky items, you are responsible to have help to remove items from premises and load on your own.
We are not responsible for accidents.
We reserve the right to change prices and/or remove items from the sale.
NOTE: GOLD AND SILVER IS NEVER, EVER LEFT IN HOUSE OVERNIGHT!
Cash preferred, we are set up for credit card purchases as well.
