Liquor Store Liquidation Auction

This online auction is part 1 of 2 we will be having for Nouvelle Realty (Brown Derby Liquor Stores) in Springfield, Missouri. Brown Derby is restructuring and is still keeping their Wine Center on Glenstone Avenue open along with the Republic Road location. We are selling assetts from 5 different locations in this event. Equipment is being sold to the highest bidder. The winner will be resposible for disassembly and removal of items (by appoinment only) between July 14th and July 18th only. Please read descriptions carefully and in their entirety. Keep in mind if you win multiple items they may very well be at different locations. Each lot listed will have it's location in the description so you can plan accordingly. Winner will need to bring the necessary tools, equipment and labor to make the removals. This includes hand tools, ladders, able bodied workers and if you win a walk in cooler and the condenser's are on the roof, you'll need to provide your own crane.
