please test any electronics or items with moving parts before purchasing.
- We are happy to help you load out large items, if we are able, however, please have a plan B, if we cannot.
- Be able to pick up big items by 2:00 PM on Saturday.

- We do not give out prices over the phone, text, or email. !!
- No early-bird sales/pre-sales, unless noted below.
- Sometimes, for lack of space or safety, we will have to limit the amount of
people inside the home. That is our call.

- We can hold your items for up to 30 minutes on the sale day at the sale site.

J&M Estate Sales

This sale has it all! Due to the weather this last weekend , we will be doing a continuation of this sale on Friday, January 17th from 8-4pm (50% off at least) and then the Auction ONLY on Saturday, January 18th @ 10am (doors open at 9:30am) with on remaining items. **NOTE!! — The Auction will begin at 10am on Saturday — NO PRESELLS on Saturday!

This sale has a wide variety of items from antiques, vintage items, and everyday items to guns!

This gentleman worked for Colonial Bakery for 30 years, so there are several collectible items from his time there. He was also a hunting and gun enthusiast. He collected and sold guns, so has a fair amount. The guns will not be subject to the daily discounts nor go to auction.

Since we will be selling guns, those interested in the guns will be given a number to view and purchase on the sale days. Those numbers will be given out starting at 1 pm on Wednesday afternoon. NO PRESALES will be done on the guns. No guns are left in the home overnight, and NO information will be given over the phone, by email, or text in regards to the guns. You must attend the sale to view and purchase. Those interested in the guns will be given a number. When the sale BEGINS, those interested will have an opportunity to view them and purchase at that time. Then the next person interested with a number will be given an opportunity, and so on.
