ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
You are responsible for testing items (plugging in, trying out, etc.) before purchase.

�� Credit/Debit Card Users:
All sales are considered final once the transaction is complete. By using a card, you accept the item(s) as-is and agree not to cancel or dispute the transaction. Attempting to reverse a valid sale may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

�� We accept CASH and Credit/Debit Cards – your choice!

Refund & Pickup Policy:
There are no refunds for any reason.
If you purchase something, you must pick it up during the sale days.
If you decide not to pick up an item after purchase, that does not entitle you to a refund. Once paid for, it's yours.

�� No pre-sales over the phone unless specifically noted.

How to Shop This Sale:
�� Keep things tidy – if you move something, please put it back. Don’t dump out boxes or containers.

�� Be kind. There’s plenty to go around. Aggressive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave.

�� Parking: Please be courteous and do not block driveways or mailboxes.

�� Children must stay with an adult at all times.

�� Bring help and be ready to take your purchases home the same day.

�� We reserve the right to inspect any bags brought into the sale.

Other Important Notes:
We may close early if items sell out before the posted end time.

Owners may remove items from the sale at their discretion. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of the photos and ads, but changes may occur.
