•You assume your own risk while on the sale property; we are NOT responsible for accidents

•PARKING
- Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or trash pick-up
-Please do not park in the driveway of the house
-Please ensure you are not blocking the roadway
- PARK AT OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR PARKING DECISIONS

•ENTRY TO SALE
- Please look for and follow the ENTER & EXIT signs and use them accordingly
- Please form an orderly line while waiting for entry and please note that during some sales it may be necessary to use a number system
- No large and/or bulky purse or backpacks allowed.

• SHOPPING
- We DO have cameras set up and WILL press charges against shoplifters.
- When available we offer shopping baskets at entrance. Please feel free to use them.
- We have HOLD shelves/areas; these areas are reserved for items you KNOW you are going to buy

- What you see is what you are buying, as-is and with NO guarantee of working order
- You are welcome and encouraged to test the item prior to buying
