WE DO NOT KEEP VALUBLES GOLD/SILVER/JEWELRY ETC. ON SITE UNTIL SALE DAY. ALL VALUABLES WILL BE AVAILABLE ONSITE DURING SALE DAYS. All valuables, High-end electronics etc. are locked away, off site each night. We have armed security at each sale and may staff someone at the residence each night.
If you have any Covid -19 symptoms, running a fever or were exposed to someone with Covid, stay home.
Payments accepted Cash, Credit, Debit, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover only with 2 forms of picture I.D. There is a 4% charge when you use a credit or debit card. **NO CHECKS**
We begin handing out numbers when we arrive around 6:30/7:00 AM FRIDAY Morning unless we arrive earlier.
All sales are final. There is no public restroom.
