Most items remaining on Sunday will be reduced, however, bids may be submitted up until closing on Saturday of the sale for items $100 or more. Buyer is solely responsible for packing and moving merchandise by last day of sale. Buyers are responsible to secure help and transportation to load large items. All items must be moved by close of sale. Boss Fox Estate Sales and our clients are not responsible for accidents at the sale site. All Sales final. Mississippi State Sales Tax is collected on all sales. Dealers are required to provide a copy of their resale certificates and tax numbers for our files.
