This sale is for local pickup only. No shipping or delivery is available.
Payment:
Accepted payment methods for pickup and bonus shopping are cash and credit card. Credit card purchases will include a 3.5% processing fee.
Item Condition:
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and asking questions prior to purchase.
All Sales Final:
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.
Safety:
By entering the property, all shoppers assume responsibility for their own safety. 228 Estate and the property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages occurring on the property or during the removal of purchased items.
Unclaimed Purchases:
Items not picked up during the designated pickup window without prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and may be resold or donated at the discretion of 228 Estate.

Shop online from the comfort of your home. Purchase your items before someone else does!
Pickup & Bonus Shopping
Saturday, July 25 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Come pick up your online purchases and enjoy bonus shopping. Any items that were not sold during the online sale will be available to shop in person.
Cash and credit cards accepted.
Bring help for loading large items.
Local pickup only.
All sales are final.
