Cash and carry. Acceptable payments : Cash or PayPal, or VENMO. We will not hold items. First come, first served. We reserve the right to limit the number of people with access at any time.

Please bring help and proper equipment (tools, dolly, boxes, packing materials, ...) to dismantle, pack, move, load and secure what you purchase at the time of purchase. We will not hold or store items. We are not responsible for accidents on site or damage to the items you purchase. You will be held responsible for damage you do to the home as you remove items. Please use care. We will assist as possible, but be prepared to move and load items yourself.
