Multi Family/Business Warehouse Sale

• We do not give out prices prior to the sale by phone or email.
• No presale of items prior to the disclosed beginning times for each day.
• DOORS WILL BE OPEN AT THE SET TIME FOR EACH DAY AND NOT BEFORE. NO EARLY ENTRY.
• The number of people allowed entry may be limited to keep from overcrowding.
• No large bags are purses allowed.
• Caring Transitions is not responsible for any accidents.
• All children must be attended to at all times due to the many items being breakable.
• WE WILL NOT TOLERATE RUDE OR BAD BEHAVIOR. You will be asked to leave. We want this to be a fun and enjoyable process for all.
• Cash and credit cards are accepted. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all cards.
• 7.25 % Sales tax will be added to all purchases. If tax exempted, a copy of your resale certificate is required.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL, please examine your items closely. No guarantees and no refunds will be issued. All items sold as is.
• WE DO NOT PROVIDE LOADING ASSISTANCE. Some items are very heavy, bring adequate help for loading.
• NO BOXES OR PACKING SUPPLIES PROVIDED. Bring your own.
• You will have until 1 hour after the ending of the sale the last day to pick up your items. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED.
• Caring Transitions of PUL does reserve the right to change prices regardless of any prices seen in photos prior to sale. Associates will have the right to alter price up or down during the sale if they see it necessary.
• The owner reserves the right to pull items prior to the sale.
Please do not bring food or drink in the building.

Saturday, December 6, 2025 10:00 am to 4:00 pm 25% off
Sunday, December 7, 2025 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm 50% off
