Numbers will be available beginning at 6:00 AM.

Doors open promptly at 7:00 AM.

Occupancy may be limited during busy periods to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Security cameras are in use throughout the property.

• Furniture claim tickets will be issued for all furniture purchases.
• Furniture must be paid for prior to loading.
• Pickup times will be scheduled at checkout and completed by the agreed-upon time.

• Please park courteously and legally. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or roadways.

• Children under 16 are not permitted due to limited space and the number of fragile items throughout the sale.

• No public restrooms are available.

• Please inspect all merchandise carefully before purchasing.

• All sales are final.

• If you break it, you buy it.

• Please bring assistance to load furniture and other large purchases.
