All guests enter the property at their own risk. Reclaimed Oak Estate Sales, the homeowner, and the estate are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, loss, theft, damage, parking issues, or incidents on or around the property.

All items are sold as is, where is. All sales are final with no refunds, returns, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate vehicles for loading and removing purchases. Reclaimed Oak Estate Sales does not lift, carry, disassemble, load, deliver, or move purchased items.

Once an item is purchased, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility. Reclaimed Oak Estate Sales is not responsible for purchased items that are left behind, lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or not picked up by the stated removal deadline. Purchased items must be removed by the stated pickup deadline.

Items are sold first come, first served unless otherwise stated. Availability may change quickly during the sale. Items are not considered sold until paid for in full.

Animals are not allowed at our sales, with the exception of service animals as required by law. Children must be supervised at all times.

Please respect the home, neighbors, staff, and other shoppers. Do not enter closed, blocked, or marked private areas. Reclaimed Oak Estate Sales may limit entry, manage lines, refuse service, or remove anyone for unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

Please park legally and do not block driveways, mailboxes, roads, or neighboring properties. By entering the sale or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
