•This is a smaller home with some narrow and unusual stairs. Please use care while shopping.
•The basement and hillside shed contain some fantastic finds and are worth exploring.
•The property is not ideal for young children.
•All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final.
•Buyers are responsible for moving and loading all purchases. We are unable to assist with your items. Please bring help if you need it.

•Limited packing materials may be available, but bringing your own boxes and wrapping materials is recommended.

A sign-up sheet will be placed at the bottom of the driveway one hour prior to sale opening start time each day.
