•We reserve the right to pre-sell any item if it is in the client's best interest.
•We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while the buyer is on the client's property.
•Buyers MUST bring adequate help to load or move heavy or awkward items. We do not move any furniture or heavy items
•Entry into a home is on a first come, first serve basis (no numbers are given out) and we may limit the number of people into the home at our discretion
•As my good friend Eva Matthews of Estate Sales by E. Matthews so eloquently states under her terms and conditions, we are a professional company providing the services of an estate sale and not a garage or attic sale.
•Prices are firm on Day 1. Discounts are given on day 2 of up to 50%.
