Number will be available 1 hour prior to the start of the sale. Numbers will not be used after the first day of the sale. Please do not block driveways when parking. Park on one side of the road to allow traffic flow.
Cash and card payments are accepted NC sales tax applies. There is a 3% fee for cards.
Bring sufficient help to load large items.
If you ask our staff to help load your item(s) please be courteous and tip.
Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale.
EZ Way Estate Solutions nor the home owners are responsible for accidents.
Shopping bags, backpacks, large purses, or large handbags will not be allowed.
Pocketbooks brought into the sale must remain zipped/snapped closed while shopping.
For your convenience shopping bags are provided.
All items are sold as-is.
