We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside at any time. Usually 10 to 15 people in at one time.
As with any estate sale, items are subject to change.
All Sales are Final - Cash or Credit Card -We use Square.
Prices are firm on the 1st. day of sale
You are responsible for removal of any purchased items. Some limited assistance available sometimes - Bring your help to load heavy and bulky items .
Please use the street for parking and the driveway for pickup only.
Do Not Block Driveways or park on Grass !!
