As of February 2020, North Carolina mandates the collection of a 7.25% sales tax on estate sales.
This requirement is enforced by state law, necessitating that we charge sales tax and remit it on a monthly basis.
We do not accept tax-exempt status due to the number of resellers. Reporting these transactions to North Carolina is time-consuming, requiring extensive paperwork. However, we can provide a printed receipt from THRIFTY BLONDE ESTATE SALES showing your subtotal and taxes paid for your state tax credit. Thank you for your understanding!
All sales are final. All items are sold as-is, so please inspect them carefully before completing your purchase.
Please bring your own packaging & boxes. We might have some, but a very limited supply.
We are unable to move or load furniture due to restrictions from our insurance policy.

Any items that have been paid for but not collected by the end of the sale, unless alternative arrangements are made, will be forfeited and donated to our charity, which will pick them up the following Monday.
The sign-in sheet will be available near the front door by 8:30 a.m. on Friday, and by 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. Once Thrifty Blonde arrives, it will be placed outside, which can happen up to 1 hour before the "no later than time". Feel free to sign in if you want to be among the first to enter. You can sign in and leave, but please make sure to return and be lined up at the home five minutes before we open. Signing in is not mandatory to attend the sale; it is only necessary if you wish to be among the first to enter when we begin.
Upon signing in, you are invited to include a spouse or friend who is with you. Furthermore, the order of sign-ins is based on the sequence of individuals waiting at the door. Thrifty Blonde cannot keep track of who arrived first or who stays in their vehicle upon her arrival. The only information I have is who is in line at the door when I arrive and set out the sign-in sheet.
The master bedroom has been transformed into a clothing boutique! Photos will be shared on Tuesday. Additionally, ALL clothing, purses, belts, scarves, shoes, and more will be sold exclusively from the master bedroom—NO exceptions! If the room becomes overcrowded, the staff present will have the authority to limit the number of individuals inside to ensure a secure and comfortable shopping experience for everyone.
