We do not honor homemade signup sheets.
Cash is preferred at the sale, but cards and checks will be accepted. Also accept Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Tax will be charged as it became law in NC on 2-2020 for auctions and estate sells. Tax is not charged on coinage by NC law. Very sorry about this tax charged.
There is a 3% fee charged on credit cards.
We have decided to give a 3% discount on all items paid for by cash or check to help offset these taxes. This will only be on the first day only when no other discounts are offered.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect each item they are purchasing. No previews or pre-sales prior to sale.
We are unable to quote prices prior to sale day.
All items must be removed by end of sale. Please plan to load your items yourself as we may or may not have anyone available to assist.

1. PRE SELL ITEM. 2018 Ford F150 Lariat 4wd extended cab short bed with all the Lariat options. Grey exterior with black leather. Just over 100k miles. 2nd owner. No accidents. Original factory paint. Non smoking owner. Truck needs nothing. Ready to be driven. Price ia 26k firm. Reach out to Dean if interested.
2. PRE SELL ITEM priced at 300.00. Troy bilt Super Bronco 6.0 HP Tiller. Cranks the first pull. Works well.
3. PRE SELL ITEM priced at 200.00. Mint blue sofa with recliners on each end.
4. PRE SELL ITEM priced at 300.00. Rare honey extractor for bee hives.
5. PRE SELL ITEM priced at 700.00. 5 HP Log splitter. Cranks, but needs carburetor cleaned as it hasn't been used in over a year.
6. PRE SELL ITEM. I'm taking offers on 2 large tillers. Both are 8 HP. One has a blown motor. The other works, but hasn't been used in over 2 years so it needs carb cleaned to run.
