Welcome to a beautiful modern home estate sale featuring exceptionally well-kept furnishings, décor, and household pieces from a secondary residence. Our clients are downsizing and selling this home, giving buyers the opportunity to purchase quality pieces that have seen very little use.

Many items throughout the home are like new, barely used, or in excellent condition. The sale includes beautiful area rugs, dressers, beds, newer mattresses, modern furnishings, home décor, artwork, and more. Because this was a secondary home, much of the inventory has experienced significantly less everyday wear than you would typically find in an estate sale.

ONLINE SALE + ONE-DAY PICKUP

Due to the nature of the community, this estate sale will be conducted entirely online. There will be no public walk-through or traditional in-person shopping.

All purchased items will be available for pickup on:

Pickup by appointment only

Once your purchase is confirmed, we will coordinate your pickup time within this window.

October 4th is the designated pickup day for this sale. If you are unable to pick up during the scheduled window, please contact us before purchasing. Limited alternative arrangements may be possible on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Shipping may be available for select smaller items, and local delivery may be available for certain purchases for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm availability and pricing for shipping or delivery.

HOW TO PURCHASE

There are two easy ways to purchase items from this sale:

  1. Contact Clover Collections directly to request an invoice for the item(s) you would like to purchase.
  2. Purchase directly through our secondary EstateSales.NET Marketplace listing for a quick and convenient online checkout experience.

Payment is required to secure an item and hold it until pickup day. Merchandise is not considered sold or reserved until payment has been received.

PURCHASING + OFFERS

We are happy to consider reasonable offers throughout the sale. If you would like to make an offer rather than purchase at the listed price, please contact us directly.

When multiple buyers are interested in the same item, we reserve the right to accept the highest offer received prior to payment and finalization of the sale. Once an item has been paid for, it is considered sold.

Prices may be reduced throughout the sale, so shoppers are encouraged to purchase early for the best selection. Waiting for a price reduction does not reserve or hold an item.

We have taken measurements throughout the estate and will do our best to provide dimensions, condition information, and detailed photographs for each item.

If you have questions about measurements, condition, color, or another detail before purchasing, please reach out. We are happy to provide any additional information we have available.

All items are being sold in their current condition. Buyers are encouraged to review all photographs, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

PICKUP + LOADING

Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time and bring adequate help to move and load your purchases. Buyers are responsible for removing and loading their own items.

Clover Collections staff cannot guarantee loading assistance, particularly for larger furniture, mattresses, dressers, beds, rugs, or other heavy pieces.

Please bring any necessary moving supplies, blankets, straps, tools, or appropriate vehicles needed to safely transport your purchases.

DELIVERY + SHIPPING

Pickup on October 4th is strongly preferred. However, local delivery may be available for certain purchases for an additional fee depending on the item and delivery location.

Shipping may also be available for select smaller items.

Any alternative pickup, delivery, or shipping arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance. Please contact us before purchasing if you will be unable to attend the scheduled pickup.

This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase clean, modern, lightly used furnishings and home décor without paying retail prices.
