In cases of bad weather or location credit card services are not always available.
DO NOT park on the Grass (in this case follow the parking attendant)
If you park incorrectly they will tow your vehicle
We will put sign up list out by 9 am (first come-first serve)
We will open at 10 am to start the sale
You are responsible to load your own items (that means bring help!)
All items are sold "as is-where is"
We are giving public notice this house has an alarm/camera system in use
Hoarding items/switching tags and such behavior is a Big No No
We are not responsible for accidents /injuries while on the clients property
If items are not picked up at appointed times and the sale has ended you will
not receive a refund.
We do our best to update the pictures anytime something is pulled from a sale.

Couple reminders to all our new shoppers
There will be a sign in sheet on the first day so everyone can shop
safely and respectfully. This is a "park on one side only" street. We will ask you
to move if a large truck cannot drive past your vehicle. Wheels on the road please.
This is a one story house and just a few steps inside so take note. The house is packed tight
so we will get you in as fast as we can. When you are walking around and looking at things you
need to notice areas we might have marked to watch a step etc... There will be a hold area but
you are responsible to secure the items you purchase. If the item is too large to move ask one of the
Bee Crew to mark it sold. We also have a moving company on hand sale day to contract and Haul any
item too large for you to safely transport. (info at the cashier area)
We have also had many calls about the Upcoming Belmont sales. The next one will be the last on-line
for the Loft area in the old Hotel. In November and December we will feature several opportunities
to shop the Vintage Mall. More to come on that soon.......
The Bee Crew thanks each and everyone of you for hanging out with us all year. We have had some whopper sales and encountered so many interesting people and things to sell. Isn't it fascinating what people collect and what someone else thinks is important. You be watching for us in November/December - it is going to be a honey of a sale.
