If you anticipate bidding on the real estate property, please come prepared with proof of purchase funds or a pre-approval bank letter. Also, the winning bidder with acceptable bid/offer will need to provide a non-refundable $10,000 deposit day of auction (cash or certified funds made to Harris Vintage, LLC). The property will be held open for preview of real estate on March 2nd from 2pm-4pm.

Auction will start at 10am. Real Estate will be auctioned at 11am.
