Private Estate Sale - Antiques, Primitives, Furniture, Decor, and Household Goods

We accept cash, Venmo and Zelle.
We will provide numbers provided by the staff the day of the sale, beginning at 8am.
Bring enough help to load large items. Items need to be removed by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale.

We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
All items are sold "as is". No refunds.
If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
We do not allow any sold stickers aside from our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item.
Prices are not negotiable on the first day of the sale. Discounts will occur after the first day, as listed on this site.
No food, drinks or pets allowed on property.
Please keep small children within your reaching distance.
We do not provide packing material or boxes .
DO NOT park in driveway unless you are loading items. Please be respectful of the neighbors yards when parking on the street.
Doors will open at the published time, not before.
No large purses or backpacks. Bring empty bags for shopping.
By entering the property you agree to being filmed by security cameras.
Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
