Cash is preferred at the sale, but cards and checks will be accepted. Also accept Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Tax will be charged as it became law in NC on 2-2020 for auctions and estate sells. Very sorry about this tax charged.
There is a 3% fee charged on credit cards.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect each item they are purchasing. No previews or pre-sales prior to sale.
We are unable to quote prices prior to sale day.

Sale starts tomorrow, the 30th. Calling for possibly a small rain chance. There is a carport people can get under in case if rain early.
This estate sale just had a nice upgrade. My next sale was a very nice home in Mooresville, and the family had an issue that was necessary to cancel. I brought some very nice and rare mid century glassware and kitchen items from that home. Many pieces were purchased in other countries. The pieces are in mint condition.
Pre sell Items are as follows:
4 piece Mid Century blonde mahogany Modern Queen bedroom set priced at 450.00 for pre sell. Dresser dimensions are 51.5 x 20 x 62. Chest o drawers is 33.5 x 19.5 x 42. Nightstand is 18 x 15 x 24.
2 piece King bed & dresser priced at 200.00 for pre sell. Dresser dimensions are 63.5 x 18 x 77.-SOLD.
Mint pull out sleeper sofa priced at 60.00 for pre sell. Dimensions are 68 x 35 x 29.-SOLD.
