* All sales will be by appointment only. See the sale description for appointment instructions.
* We accept cash, checks (w/ proper ID), debit/credit cards and Apple Pay (w/ 3% fee).
* All items are sold “AS IS”, no expressed or implied warranties.
* ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS.
* Please bring your own help and tools for the loading of large items.
* Please come prepared to wrap and pack your own purchases.
* All purchased items must be removed prior to close of business on Saturday.
* Firearm sales REQUIRE that you present a valid NC driver's license and NC concealed carry permit
* Rude behavior of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated.
* Not responsible for accidents.
* NO public restrooms available.
* As of January 1, 2020, all Estate/Tag Sale operations must collect NC sales tax. If you're tax-exempt, bring your tax-exempt certificate with you.

This fantastic tool sale is by appointment only to limit traffic in this neighborhood.

- Appointments are on a first-come basis and are limited to 30 minutes.
This by-appointment-only estate tag sale will take place Thursday, May 1 (9am - 3pm), Friday, May 2 (9am - 3pm), and Saturday, May 3 (9am - 3pm).
