We accept cash, debit card, all major credit cards (with valid ID), Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We do not accept checks of any kind unless specifically stated in the sale's ad or agreed upon for large purchases.

There will be a 3% fee for all credit or debit card transactions.

All sales are subject to a 7% sales tax in accordance with NC G.S. 105-164.4J effective February 1, 2020.

All items are sold AS-IS. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS!!

Bring help moving furniture and other large items. If we have staff available to assist, we will do so.

Delivery is NOT available.

If you or your child break something, you buy it at the amount advertised on that sale day.

No pets allowed.

All items must be picked up by noon on the last day of the sale. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and subject to forfeiture.

Doors open at 9:00AM. Sign-in sheet will be placed out at 8:00AM. Please sign in upon arrival — customers will be called in according to their number in line.

Street parking is available. Please do not block the driveway or neighbor's driveways or walk through the neighbor's yards.

We will do our best to remove photos of items no longer available.

The property is monitored by video surveillance 24/7. All valuables are removed from the property outside of sales hours.
