1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents! Estate tag sale in High Point, N.C. to be conducted on Friday June 13th, 2025, from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday June 14th, 2025, from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 5804 Erwinwood Dr. Archdale, N.C. 27263. A sign-up sheet will be posted outside carport area one hour before sale start time on each day. Sale will feature furniture, household, collectibles, kitchenware, housewares, tools, books, some costume jewelry, hunting related items, collection of Owl figurines, sewing items, clothing, pocket watch, and more.
