Remaining items from estate Sale we will be there friday for pick up .10 am to 3 pm but you have to call and set up an apt to pick up items won its a gated community and you will need code to get in .
If you fail to set up apt or if your card declines you forfiet your item
If your card charges the item but fails to charge shipping you have forfieted the item and no refund will be given
