*we no longer allow outside shopping bags, large purses, or backpacks inside the property. We will give you a large clear shopping bag for you to use while in the property. We ask that this bag is returned to the cashier about checking out and/or prior to leaving the property.
*Please bring help to load furniture and any other heavy items. Staff will NOT help with moving these large or heavy items. We can provide you with a movers info if you need it.

*Please don’t block neighbors driveways, park on street and not in the home owners driveway. *Driveway will be for pick ups only.

*All items must be picked up by close of sale on the final day, any items not picked up by this time are forfeited by the buyer.
*Please bring your own, bags, boxes, and/or packing supplies (To pack your purchased items.) We will have a limited quantity available.
* We are a business. Therefore, we are required to collect and turn in sales taxes on every purchase (no matter how you choose to pay, cash or card, we will still be required to collect sales taxes).
* we do not accept reseller ID numbers/forms. We will provide you with a receipt and you may turn that in on your end.
