Terms of Sale:
Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards. 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless a sales tax exemption form is provided. No prices given prior to sale. No pre-sales. A sign-up sheet will be available one hour prior to start time to determine order of entrance. Items must be removed in a timely fashion. Please bring help for loading of large items. We are not responsible for accidents.
All items are sold as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
