Terms of Tag Sale:
1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. There will be a sign up sheet out 60 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed without damage to the house.
6. Please bring muscle for loading of large items, we do not load furniture.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by the end of the sale!
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards, or block mailboxes.
11. No public restroom.

Alright, we have spent the last month getting this one ready. So with that said we have decided to have 2 Sale dates at this one. OCT 22, 23 AND 24. Additionally we will have a November 5th, 6th and 7th. We are working hard to get it ready and there is so much here that a 2nd sale is the only way to complete our contract with the client.
