Cash is preferred at the sale, but cards and checks will be accepted. Tax will be charged as it became law in NC on 2-2020 for auctions and estate sells. Very sorry about this tax charged. We ask customers if you see anyone switching tags or stealing items, too please let us know as estate sale companies in general have had an increase with these problems. This is a very small percentage of people as 99.9% of estate sale customers are very honest people.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect each item they are purchasing. No previews or pre-sales prior to sale.
We are unable to quote prices prior to sale day.
All items must be removed by end of sale. Please plan to load your items yourself as we may or may not have anyone available to assist. Those that help work for tips . We will have a limited amount of wrapping and boxes so please feel free to bring boxes or bags.

Very nice 2 owner 1993 Jaguar XJS convertible with 49k miles priced at 14,500. Many special pieces available in this sale. This family lived all over the world as he was an International businessman. Many pieces were bought in other countries and some were bought thru Christie’s auctions in NY and London. Many pieces were appraised in Massachusetts on 2-2000 by “The Appraisers Registry”. If someone buys a piece that was appraised, they can also have a copy of the appraised amount. These items will be sold well below appraised values.
