Sign-in sheets will be provided by the vendor and placed outside one hour prior to the start of the listed sale time. Please do not remove or tamper with the sign-in sheets or you will be promptly asked to leave the sale. No theft will be tolerated and the authorities will alerted promptly. Buyers will enter the premises according to their position on the sign-in sheet. No entry will be permitted before the designated sale time.

Neither THE FULTZ GROUP, their staff, or the homeowners will be responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property or attending the sale.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. There will be no refunds and no returns accepted. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. There are no guarantees for craftsmanship, usefulness, or longevity.

Please do not hoard items. Removing items from the sale prohibits other buyers from purchasing and could result in the item not being sold at all. If you are interested in an item that is too large to be picked up and/or carried, please ask a staff member for assistance with marking the item sold. We do not assist with carrying or moving large items - please bring your own helpers. Visitors are responsible for 100% of the cost of any item they break or damage while attending the sale.

Any items purchased, but not picked up during the provided pick-up dates and times will be forfeited and no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be made.

If you pick up an item for inspection and decide not purchase, please replace the item back to it's original place. I would greatly appreciate it.

There will be no negotiations or discount pricing on the first sale day. Discounts may occur at any time after the first day at the company's discretion. If you would like to make an offer for any item over $50, the vendor will be glad to provide an offer sheet. Please honor all offers when confirmed as highest offer.
