Numbers will be given out 1 hour before sale start time each day. Entrance and exit will be thru front door.
We do not honor homemade signup sheets.
Cash is preferred at the sale, but cards and checks will be accepted. Also accept Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Tax will be charged as it became law in NC on 2-2020 for auctions and estate sells. Very sorry about this tax charged.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect each item they are purchasing. No previews or pre-sales prior to sale.
We are unable to quote prices prior to sale day.
All items must be removed by end of sale. Please plan to load your items yourself as we may or may not have anyone available to assist.
We will have large bags available for customers as we are not allowing personal bags into this sale.

This beautiful home is loaded, and there's something for everyone at this sale. Will be adding more pictures as we go.

There is a room full of Disney items.

Lot of rare depression glass. Collection of rare, small oil lamps. Collection of vintage wood tools. Kitchen and large pantry is full. Furniture in home is in mint condition. 2 rooms of modern and vintage Christmas items. Table full of jewelry. Collection of record albums and 45's. Multiple Ana Lee dolls of various sizes. 2 antique working mantle clocks. Garage is full of multiple items. There is a large generator that has never had gas put in it. He bought it new, and just never used it. Vintage toys in home.

1. Pre-sell item priced at 775.00. Stunning, dead mint dining room table with 2 leaves and 6 chairs. Dimensions are 68 x 44 x 30, and leaves are 13" each.

2. Pre-sell item priced at 550.00. Mint condition Wrought Iron table w/beveled glass top & 6 chairs. Beautiful set. Dimensions are 58 x 31.5 x 29.5 high.

3. Pre-sell item priced at 200.00. Mint condition cherry lit china cabinet. Dimensions are 88.5 x 55 x 19.

4. Pre-sell item priced at 700.00. Mint condition high end Loveseat and sofa by Vanguard. Sofa is 98 x 40 and loveseat is 75 x 40. Stunning set.
