Most questions can be answered via a phone call or text. We are available Monday-Sunday 8 AM to 8 PM. 2.

All of our items are sold in an as in condition. We carefully inspect each item to ensure nothing is broken, stained or cracked. If items have damage, we will add this information to the description in the bidding section.

Local Pickup is recommended. Prompt pickup is required. Buyer responsible for bringing all Tools, Manpower, Boxes & Packing materials to remove the items in a timely manner. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN ONE WEEK OF AUCTION WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE!!! If auction is conducted at a home or location other than our auction facility, items not picked up on Auction Day Pick up will be considered abandoned.  
 

SHIPPING – Buyer must contact Ray Stocks auctions within (2) business days after winning an item, once contact has been made, we will arrange shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
