# Moving Sale – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for visiting our moving sale! To ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. **All Sales Final**

* All items are sold *as-is* with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
* No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

2. **Payment**

* Accepted payment methods will be CashApp, Venmo, Cash
* Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3. **Pick-Up & Removal of Items**

* Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items from the property.
* Please bring your own tools, equipment, and assistance to disassemble, lift, and transport large or heavy items.
* Items must be removed on the same day of purchase unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.

4. **Liability & Safety**

* Buyers enter the property at their own risk.
* The seller is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur on the premises.
* Children must be supervised at all times.

5. **Item Condition**

* Items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear, use, or aging. Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items before purchasing.

6. **Holding Items**

* Items will not be held without full payment.
* Any items left uncollected beyond the agreed removal time may be resold without refund.

7. **Property Respect**

* Please respect the home, property, and neighbors during the sale.
* No early entry before sale hours.
