SPCC Moving/Estate Sale

This sale is being conducted on site in a two-story townhouse. Every room is full. Sold items must be picked up before the end of the sale.
We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards via venmo.
Must bring proper ID for checks and credit cards.
Bring enough help to load large items.
We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
If you break an item, you are asked to pay for the item you broke.
All items are sold "AS IS", with no implied warranty or guarantee. NO REFUNDS.
Prices are Non-Negotiable first day of sale and will be reduced the last day.
No Food, Drinks or Pets allowed inside of home.
Please keep small children in your control.
We do not allow any outside "sold tags" aside from our own.
Please DO NOT park in front of the home unless you are loading items before doors open. Please respect our neighbors when parking and avoid parking in their spaces.
