A 10% buyer’s premium will also apply to all items.
We accept cash or card at the time of purchase.

Pre-Sales Encouraged — Limited Appointment Availability
Due to the limited number of appointment slots and the nature of this estate, we are prioritizing pre-sales whenever possible.

If you're interested in a particular item, we encourage you to contact us in advance. We’re happy to provide a detailed invoice and arrange secure online payment.

Appointments will be prioritized for buyers who have made a pre-sale purchase or who are seriously interested in specific items.

This helps us minimize traffic and ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all parties.

Pre-sale items must be picked up during the public sale dates — Wednesday, July 30 through Saturday, August 2.
Delivery for larger items can be arranged after the sale concludes (fees apply).

To respect the neighborhood and limit traffic, the estate address will not be released publicly.
All visits are by appointment only — please message us to request a time slot.
If you're unable to keep your appointment, kindly let us know as soon as possible so your spot can be offered to someone else.

For out-of-state or remote buyers, we offer virtual shopping with detailed photos, item descriptions, and walkthroughs.

Shipping is available for small items (fees apply)
Local or long-distance delivery for larger pieces may be arranged after the sale — please inquire for availability and pricing.
