*7.25% sales tax on all estate sale purchases. The percentage may vary, depending on the county.
*WE ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS with a 2.45% surcharge and checks for less than $300 with valid ID.
*All items sold 'As Is' - No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
*Please bring your own help to load large items at the end of the day.
*Large items are to be loaded at the end of each sale day. Moving large items during the sale disrupts the sale and creates unsafe conditions.
