A 3% charge will be applied for each credit/debit card use.
Must bring proper ID for credit cards.
Bring enough help to load large items.
We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
If you break an item, you must pay for the item you broke.
All items are sold "AS IS", NO REFUNDS.
Prices are Non-Negotiable first day of sale.
Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No Food, Drinks or Pets allowed inside of home.
Please keep small children in your control.
We do not allow any outside "sold tags" aside from our own.
We do not provide packing material or boxes .
DO NOT park in driveway unless you are loading items.
THis home is located in a gated community, please take the entrance off of Strickland Road. There is plenty of parking right outside the gate and the home is three doors down from the gate. If you’re gonna pick up a large item, we will get you in the gate for pick up. We are also parking in the cul-de-sac. We are hosting an estate sale in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are selling everything you see in the photos plus more. I will be adding more pictures as we set up the week of the sale.
