All lots have a soft close.

All items sold AS-IS, where is, in their current condition, with all faults. All sales are final.

While we believe and strive for our descriptions and pictures to be accurate, we can not catch every flaw. Because of this, descriptions and pictures are not guaranteed. Preview times are available, and we recommend you come and view the items for yourself.

Please note and follow our pick up days and times. We understand things sometimes happen and you can't make it on those designated days. We are more than willing to work with you if you contact us but we have some who are constantly missing the pick up times. We don't have the room to keep things stored for extended amounts of time. Unfortunately, we are going to have to start making arrangements to dispose of the items after one week of no show or no contact with no refund to the buyer.

We reserve the right to add or delete any item for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel bids we feel aren't in the best interest of our auction, our sellers or our other bidding customers. We reserve the right to limit the bidding ability of some bidders or block bidders we feel aren't in the best interest of our auction. We also reserve the right to cancel or reopen an auction in the event of any system failure.

PAYMENT:

15% Buyer's Premium, 12% Buyer's Premium if paying with Cash

6.75% Sales Tax is collected unless your tax exempt information is provided at registration. Please put this in the NOTE Section when registering.

Methods of Payment Accepted:

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express

A Credit Card is required for registration, regardless of your method of payment at check out. If you would like to pay cash or use another card at pick up, please include that in the NOTE Section when registering. You can also email samsauction.sb@gmail.com, prior to the close of auction to let us know how you would like to pay. Payment is expected within 24 hours of close of auction if shipping is requested. IF WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY CASH OR PAY WITH A DIFFERENT CARD, YOUR CARD ON FILE WITH HIBID WILL BE CHARGED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE, REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU PICK UP.

Shipping & Pick Up:

Pick up days and times are as follows:

Sunday, January 18 from 10am-3pm
Monday, January 19 from 10am-5pm

We use USPS and UPS with insurance for the smaller items. We charge a $4.99 Handling Fee per box used on top of the ACTUAL cost of shipping and insurance that does not exceed 12" x 12" x 12" or 36" and $9.99 for any size box over that.

Most USPS and UPS packages come with up to $100 of insurance at no extra charge. The buyer will be charged the insurance cost of any invoice that exceeds that $100. The buyer will also be charged to add insurance to any Media Mail shipments.

Note that Sam's Auction has the right to decide what size items we deem small enough to ship. We also reserve the right to ship items in multiple packages if we feel it is safer to do so. Please note that we DO NOT make money on the actual shipping cost. You pay what we pay through Pirate Ship.

We do not offer shipping on larger items ourselves but we will allow the buyer to facilitate shipping with a 3rd party company themselves. One company to consider for larger items is:

END OF AUCTION PROCESS

At the close of the auction you will recieve an unpaid invoice. This shows the actual lots you won.

Upon receiving the invoice, IF you haven't already, please inform us if shipping is needed.

VERY IMPORTANT SHIPPING DISCLAIMER!!!!!

SOMETIMES BUYERS REQUEST A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS THAN
WHAT IS ON FILE WITH HIBID. THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION, IS TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS ON HIBID OR INCLUDE IT IN THE NOTES SECTION WHEN REGISTERING TO BID. IF THESE STEPS AREN'T DONE AND YOU STILL NEED THE ITEM SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS, PLEASE TEXT 910 331-1249. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE THIS CHANGE BUT WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE ITEM IS MISTAKENLY SENT TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS.

IF shipping is requested: Over the next few days, your item or items will be packed up, shipping will be calculated and the card on file will be charged. You will then receive an email showing your invoice is paid, and a separate email showing your package has shipped, as well as a tracking number

Depending on the amount of items being prepared to ship, this process may take several days to a week to complete. Please understand that the days following the auction are the busiest for pick up customers. This may delay packing your items to ship, therefore delaying a shipping cost.

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH PURCHASE PRICE INSURANCE, INCLUDING MEDIA MAIL TO COVER THE PACKAGE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE BY THE CARRIER. IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS OR UPS.

If there is a problem with your card on file, we will reach out to you through email. We try to work with all customers, but if no communication is exchanged with the customer in a timely manner, you will be banned from our auction and a negative review will be left on Hibid. It is YOUR responsibility to check your email for any correspondence with us. Please check your primary, junk and spam folders.
